On Feb 28th we delivered letters to the leaders of the ALP, the Greens and the Liberal Party asking them to tell us what they would do if they were elected to protect workers' rights.

We have had good responses from the ALP and the Greens. We have had NO RESPONSE from the Liberal Party. They will only release their policy AFTER the election.

The same thing happened in WA.
... no policy during the election but afterwards? ...Their liberal government is now moving to reintroduce individual contracts, remove protection from unfair dismissal, and attack basic working conditions. If they are successful then it sets a base for a Liberal Federal Government to bring back WorkChoices.

Unions in WA are campaigning against changes to their state laws. www.noworkchoicesinwa.com

If it happened here, tens of thousands of Local Government and State Government workers, including police, nurses, teachers, hospital workers and council workers will be affected. That's why we are advertising on radio in this campaign.

Can you afford the risk?
Don't Risk Redmond when you vote
on Saturday.

It could mean your working conditions.
