Culture of Safety
Who is responsible for the culture of safety  in the workplace?  Is it the workers or the employer's responsibility.  This workshop outlines approaches to empower participants to influence cultural change programs in the workplace and to ensure that processes are not inappropriately placed on workers.

Risk Management
How effective is your workplace in managing risk:?  This workshop provides an understanding of applying risk management techniques in an OHS&W context, using approaches to assess and control risk at a workplace level.  It will also look at developing strategies to influence management through committee structures.

Zero Occupational Cancer Campaign
This workshop looks at how unions are challenging workplace cancer risks and outlines the ACTU campaign to ensure workplace ill-health is not the forgotten item on the cost-benefit ledger.

Drugs & Alcohol in the Workplace
This workshop will provide participants with information and skills to enable them to deal confidently and effectively with the difficult issues presented by workplace hazards arising from the use of alcohol and other drugs.  It will also look at the risks associated with impaired performance and its impact on the workplace and workers.

Workload Burnout
Workload Burnout is becoming a major OHS issue in the workplace.  This workshop will examine the causes of Workload Burnout and its impact on workers.  It will provide participants with the skills to identify, assess and control Workplace Burnout and provide the tools to develop response strategies.
