So Far
Previous programs in South Australia have been a resounding success. Participants have been located in a variety of blue and white collar unions. In feedback at the end of the program, union officials describe the benefits for their unions in having a woman from the Project in their offices.
All of the women participants feel that their opportunity to see the practical operation of their union, or another union, deepens their understanding of the union movement, the issues for women members especially, and strengthened their commitment to union involvement.

In 1995 Geoff-lyn Cowin attended the Project, she became a shop steward at her workplace when she returned to work, became a member of her union's Women's Committee from March 1996 and was appointed to the AA position on the State Council of the South Australian AMWU
from October 1996 to July 1998
These are just a handful of women that have attended the project.
